Programme overview
A gamified cultural workshop built as a series of team challenges. Each room presents a realistic situation where something is about to go socially wrong, and teams work out why. It is a fast, funny and genuinely useful way to learn the unwritten rules that guidebooks never quite explain.
Who this is for
- New arrivals and short-term residents
- Teams wanting a social alternative to a lecture
- Anyone who learns better by doing than by listening
What participants can expect
- Team-based challenge rounds with a facilitator debrief
- Realistic everyday and workplace scenarios
- Plenty of laughing at mistakes made in a safe room
Key takeaways
- Awareness of the cultural missteps foreigners most often make
- Practical recovery phrases and gestures when something goes wrong
- A shared reference point with the people on your team
