Registration and payment are not currently available on this website. Final participation, privacy and refund terms will be published before any booking opens.
When approved, this page will explain what information we collect during enquiries and registrations, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf (including any payment provider), how long it is retained, and your rights over it.
We do not add anyone to marketing lists without a separate, explicit opt-in. Payment card details, if and when payment is enabled, would be handled directly by the payment provider and not stored on this website.
